From African and Caribbean large retailers to more traditional restaurants and catering wholesalers, Vivanda is one of the largest importers of tropical seafood and vegetables in Europe. Understanding what makes culinary cultures unique is what drives us and we spend a tremendous amount of time sourcing and developing the right products for our customers.
Tuna, Swordfish, Marlin, Red Snapper, Parrot fish, Barracuda, Grouper, Mahi, Tilapia, Octopus… tropical waters hold no secret for us. Our fish come in all shapes and forms: whole, steaks, loins, portions, cubes.
It’s only naturally that we have extended our range to exotic vegetables as well, from leaves dedicated to ethnic markets (Cassava leaves, Sweet Potato leaves…) to exotic sides, garnishes and spices for innovative restaurants (sweet potato, yam, kaffir lime, chilies…).
